• Spam, flood, or submit repetitive entries to the contact, volunteer, or subscribe endpoints.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our administrative dashboard (`/admin`), backend APIs, or databases.
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or crawlers to extract content or voter profiles from the site.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, and layout design, is the property of the Campaign or its content suppliers and is protected by Nigerian copyright laws.

You may download, share, or print materials for personal, non-commercial informational purposes, provided that you do not alter the content and preserve all attribution marks.

3. User Submissions

When you register as a volunteer or submit messages, you guarantee that all information supplied is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use notes and interests internally to coordinate campaign wards and regional chapters.

4. Security & Gatekeeping

Any unauthorized attempt to bypass session verification cookies, execute SQL injection scripts, exploit cross-site scripting (XSS) weaknesses, or compromise API endpoints will be treated as a security breach. We record and log IP metadata for all administrative operations.

Violations will result in access bans and immediate notification to relevant law enforcement agencies alongside forensic log data.

5. Disclaimers and Liability

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to maintain accurate updates, the Campaign does not warrant that information is error-free, uninterrupted, or that the server is free of viruses.

In no event shall the Campaign or its operators be held liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use this platform.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria.
