Oyo adds a state bursary layer for polytechnic and secondary school leavers not covered by NELFUND, and opens vocational training centres in every LGA.

A state where a mother can sleep with her heart at ease, and a farmer can till his land without fear. Without security, there can be no development; without peace, no progress.
